Does your iPad look like this?? ... Negative :)

Made in African Blackwood with 18K pure gold logo. We like the wood touch but with a new version of the iPad most likely coming in the next 6 weeks Gresso probably should have waited a bit.

WELCOME BACK SIR!

Hong Kong: Julius Store Opening

© i.t - the new julius store in hong kong’s wyndham street

hong kong’s wyndham street is fast becoming the city’s nucleus of directional fashion brands…if it isn’t already. the very latest to open up shop here is julius, the cult men’s label from tokyo. the shop measures 774 sq.ft., spread over two levels, and similar to the flagship store in the japanese capital it features an edgy, austere look with white cement floors and white walls that form perfect backdrop for julius‘ pitch-black collections.

the store is quite compact and sparsely furnished to maintain a spacious feel that is further enhanced by clever lighting. interesting design detail is the chunky slab of concrete used as display and another is the striking full-sized mirror with its frame wrapped by black horsehair and bovine leather. an opening party was held at the ritzy g bar, attended by julius designer tatsuro horikawa. location: 16 wyndham street [central].

Chivalrous Culture x Diggy

I wanna introduce a new footwear brand called Chivalrous Culture. Daniel “Diggy” Simmons stays true to his family roots by trying his hand in the music industry, becoming an entrepreneur, and just like his sisters Vanessa & Angela Simmons, Diggy is stepping into the footwear industry. Chivculture is a new venture for Diggy to express his love for fashion by offering stylish and affordable sneakers.
Chivalrous Culture’s first delivery will hit stores in several colorways. The shoes feature leather, suede, patent leather, and the signature Mr. Chiv logo on the tongue. TSG has exclusive images of what you can expect from the Chivculture Fall 2010 collection. This collection will be available in September. Retail is $80.

PHARRELL WILLIAMS X BKRW VIDEO INTERVIEW

Anticipation..

RELEASE DATE? 3rd Quarter

PRODUCERS/COLLABORATORS: Kid Cudi, Consequence, Common, Mr. Hudson, Drake, No I.D., Tony Williams

WHAT WE KNOW: Rap! That’s what we expect from Kanye’s much-anticipated follow up to 808s & Heartbreak. If his last LP embodied the emotional rollercoaster he went through in ‘07 and ‘08, it seems likely his forthcoming effort will address his chaffing discomfort with the mainstream (yeah, you MTV.) with aggressive and dangerous RAP! Never a slouch on the mic, since 808s release ‘Ye has made a pointed effort to blaze all of his cameo verses, so we’re expecting some very forcused, very articulate vitriole on a variety of topics, along with his usual memorable one-liners, etc… Recorded mostly in Hawaii (so far), it seems ‘Ye has surrounded himself and all of his key collaborators (Kid Cudi, Consequence, Common, Mr. Hudson, Drake, No I.D., and Tony Williams) in seclusion. There haven’t been indicators of where ‘Ye’s taking the beats these days, but each of his albums has been one-half departure, one-half evolution, so we’re imagining tracks in the vein of 808s with a decidedly more aggressive, hip hop edge.
